Wrong marketcap data

Hi, i am using peo APi and every time that we request like 6000 coins (maximum) we get like 50 coins with a coinmarketcap in trillions.

Can someone explain what could be the reson of that??

Good question.

  1. We have a maximum of 5000 coins per request. Have you already managed to get this instead of 50?
    From our documentation:
    "Limit. Used for pagination.
    Default value: 50
    Size range: 0-5000"
  2. That’s correct. The reason that you get these high market cap coins is because we have different coin tiers: 1, 2 and 3. Tier 1 coins are our main ranking list.
    You can show only tier 1 coins by doing this request: https://api.coinranking.com/v2/coins?tiers[]=1
